Kaspen Wood Co. builds custom and made-to-order pieces. Quotes are based on the details submitted with each request, including size, wording, finish, quantity, materials, and shipping or pickup needs.

Quotes and approvals

Submitting a request through the shop or contact form starts a quote request. Final pricing is confirmed after the project details are reviewed. Work should not begin until the quote, scope, and any approval details are agreed on directly.

Custom work

Because most pieces are custom, the final build may include project-specific dimensions, layout adjustments, and finish choices discussed during quoting. Personalized details should be reviewed carefully before approval.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup or delivery arrangements are handled as part of the quote process. Shipping costs, timelines, and handoff details depend on the size of the project and where it is going.
